About
The University of Pittsburgh hopes to identify a new development partner spring 2024 in order to construct a multistory mixed-use building on the former Quality Inn Site, located at 3401 Boulevard of the Allies. It calls for a grocery store on the first floor and apartment units (10% affordable).

7/11/22: Joint Development Activities Meeting for the first phase of Oakland Crossings “Parcel A.” Neighbors reacted strongly to depictions of the uninspiring façade as well as the lack of greenery in a planned Louisa Street parklet—reasonable concerns for a building developers project to last 100 years.
